A Dialogue on the Presidency with a New Generation of Leaders: Papers of the 2003-2004 Center Fellows

This collection of papers by Center Fellows represents the culmination of the first phase in the transformation of our unique Fellows Program. Using as models two other Center publications, Presidential Studies Quarterly and Triumphs and Tragedies of the Modern Presidency: 76 Case Studies in Presidential Leadership, this volume seeks to be a transitional aid to incoming Administrations.
